Shipping Policy

Please note that all product delivery shall be shipped only to the registered billing address of the card-holder who has made the purchase. IF you want the delivery to an alternative location, the same should be intimated to us immediately, failure of which you remain responsible for wrong delivery.

Delivery Schedule

• We take about 2-5 working days for delivery. You will be notified of the delivery date at the time your order is confirmed.
• In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 working days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.
• On dispatch, you'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
• While every effort is made to deliver your purchase at the earliest, please understand that there are times when the delivery may be late due to factors beyond our control like natural causes, terrorist attacks, etc.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you or to whom it is shipped to can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
